Dr. Carpenter has been practicing dentistry in Beaumont, TX since 1983. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, where he was a member of the Baylor Odonatological Honor Society. He has taken numerous continuing education courses to remain on the cutting edge of aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Carpenter is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Only six percent of dentists have earned their AGD Fellowship. AGD Fellows have made a commitment to patient care that goes above and beyond traditional education and licensing requirements. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Kois Institute for Clinical Excellence.
Dr. Carpenter is married, has four sons, eight grandchildren (and counting…) and enjoys Bible study and golf.
Dr. Heather Rhodes is a 2018 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry at Houston. She was born and raised in McKinney, Texas, and graduated as Salutatorian of her high school class. For her undergraduate education, she attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where she was the 2012 School of Arts and Sciences Top Graduate and 2011 Homecoming Queen. She graduated with a Bachelors in Science degree in biology with a minor in dance before continuing her education. Upon graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2018, she moved to Southeast Texas with her husband, Joshua, a native to the area. Dr. Rhodes is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is passionate about dentistry and has a heart for serving others, and has enjoyed multiple dental mission trips providing crucial dental treatment to those in need around the world. Dr. Rhodes is eager to share her knowledge and love of dentistry with the community of Southeast Texas by providing comfortable and compassionate dental treatment to her patients.
Dr. Rhodes and her husband have two children: Grace and Beau. Whenever she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, serving others in her community and in her church, hosting board game nights, and sipping coffee with friends.
Jackie Sterling is the office manager, otherwise known as the Front Desk Goddess. She has worked with Dr. Carpenter since 1988 and is an extraordinary person. She helps you with scheduling appointments and financial arrangements. Jackie will be the first face you see as you enter the office. You can even hear her friendly smile as she answers your phone calls.
Michelle Campbell has worked with Dr. Reimers for over twenty-five years and is a front office manager. She assists our patients with their appointments and financial arrangements. She has a great personality and infectious laugh. Michele is creative and caring, always interested in making you feel like family.
Carolyn Ricossa has been Dr. Carpenter’s lead hygienist since 2003. She is meticulous, gentle and thoroughly professional. One of the best hygienists in the state of Texas. Carolyn always goes to great lengths to make sure her patient’s experience is as perfect as humanly possible.
Amber Stephenson has been Dr. Reimers’ lead hygienist for many years, and he describes her as the best hygienist he has seen in his forty plus years of practice. She is an excellent clinician. Amber is always cheerful and cares deeply about her patients.
Jessica Parkus is the newest member of our hygiene department, and patients absolutely love her. The office receives multiple compliments for Jessica every month. She works hard to help our patients maintain their oral health. Jessica desires the best for her patients and works to make sure each one knows all that modern dentistry has to offer them.
Devin Riley is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked with Dr. Carpenter since 2011. She is awesome at putting patients at ease for their dental treatment. She is loved by our patients. Devin is quick, efficient and always ready to help her patient feel comfortable as they progress through their chosen dental treatment.
Leah Wise is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked for Dr. Carpenter since 2015. Leah helps everyone in the office along with our patients. She is very smart and great at solving problems. She probably “wears the most hats” in our office. Leah works hard to make sure each patient visit goes as smoothly and efficiently and possible.
Chaz Jordan-Delgado is a Certified Dental Assistant who has worked with Dr. Reimers for many years. She is one of the most “fun” people you will ever meet. Great smile, great sense of humor and someone who is a joy to be around. Only a small number of dental assistants are certified. Chaz completed her self-study and exams in 2021. Patients love her chairside manner and ability to put them at ease.
Shelby Fischer is the newest member of our team. She is currently our Sterilization Tech, while she begins training as a dental assistant. You will see Shelby’s smiling face all over the office, as she helps keep everything running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Debbie Carpenter is Dr. Carpenter’s wife of almost forty years and mother to their four sons. She works “behind the scenes” at the office doing accounting and compliance. She is an incredibly organized and efficient person and lovely throughout.
